In memory of the late Coach Joe Paterno, a live broadcast service will be held at Penn State York today, Thursday, Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. No tickets will be sold for the event and seating is limited. Juices are the hardest. I have to really check every label. Grapes are a cheap filler, so even 100 percent juices might not be all apple or all cranberry. Vitamins are difficult too. I can't just pick up a bottle of chewables. I have to read really, really carefully. Grapes are such a kid-friendly flavor, so sometimes it's even in fruit juice-sweetened candies...
