Eggs Pose Salmonella Risk
The FDA has recalled 228 million eggs from Wright Country Egg from Galt, Iowa, saying they pose a salmonella risk. The eggs were distributed nationwide. Names for the recalled eggs include: Lucerne, Albertson, Mountain Dairy, Ralph’s, Boomsma’s, Sunshine, Hillandale, Trafficanda, Farm Fresh, Shoreland, Lund, Dutch Farms and Kemps. Plant Numbers P1026, P1413 and P1946, can be found on the 6, 12 and 18-egg cartons along with Julian numbers of 136 and 225.... more
More Car Models Recalled
GM Motor Corp has recalled 250,000 crossover vehicles worldwide because the second row seatbelts may not latch properly. The recall includes model year 2009-2010 Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave, GMC Acadia and Saturn Outlook. Also, Mazda Motor Corp has anounced a recall of 215,000 Mazda3 and Mazda5 cars from 2007, 2008, and 2009 because they can experience a sudden loss of power steering. Rattles Recalled for Choking Hazard

Vote Could Ban Some Cribs

Millions of Cereal Boxes Recalled
Kellogg Co. is voluntarily recalling about 28 million boxes of Apple Jacks, Corn Pops, Froot Loops and Honey Smacks cereal because of a "waxy” smell and flavor coming from the package liners that has made people sick with nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. Pottery Barn Recalls Cribs
Pottery Barn Kids is voluntarily recalling all of its cribs after finding the drop-sides can detach when hardware breaks, creating a space into which a young child can become entrapped, which can lead to suffocation.
