Hanover Direct has announced a recall of about half a million window blinds -- specifically, 495,000 Roman shades and 28,500 roller and roll-up blinds -- in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) after the reported hanging death of a 22-month-old boy in Iowa.
