Looking ahead to the final trimester
I did it, I did it, and I did it! I made it to the 3rd trimester! WOO HOO. I feel like having a party! I know it isn’t something that exciting but I really feel like my time as a pregnant woman is flying by! Before I know it, Bean Pole and I will be snuggling a beautiful baby boy and cringing in the wee hours of the morning when said beautiful baby boy decides to cry and make a yucky diaper for us.
Nothing too exciting has been happening in our world other than putting together the crib that Bean Pole’s parents got us—and having maternity pictures taken. The crib is beautiful and the pictures are as well.
Bean Pole wasn’t nearly as excited as I was to have these pictures taken—boys just don’t understand these things! Our photographer was tons of fun and created some beautiful images for us to remember our first pregnancy by. Now, it is truly a waiting game in my opinion—waiting for the baby shower so I can wash lots of cute things and put them away; waiting for my last fun family vacation before little man makes his appearance; waiting, waiting and more waiting.
