Learn how to hunt treasure

A special metal detecting program will be presented by The Friends of the Heritage Rail Trail Corridor at 7 p.m. on July 25, at 117 Front St. in New Freedom. George Hickman, a metal detector enthusiast, will discuss how kids and adults can get involved in the hobby. The program is expected to last 30 minutes and is free to attend.
