Healthcare Heroes Awards: an annual awards program that recognizes local health care professionals who go above and beyond for the families of our local region. The general public is welcome to submit nominations.
Family Favorites Festival: FREE to the public, this annual one day festival offers more than 100 vendors, concerts and theatrical performances, animals and pony rides, bounce houses and playground equipment, family cooking demos and other fun games and activities. This is one event you won't want to miss!
Cover Kids Contest: Every year we select one child to be the cover model for our October issue of Central Penn Parent as part of our popular annual photo competition. (Submit your photos from June through August!)
Maximizing Capabilities: A Pediatric Special Needs Conference: FREE to the public, this annual, one day event offers expert presentations, more than 60 exhibitors, equipment and product demonstrations, and other resources important to families of children with special needs. Educators and caregivers should also attend.
