See how the natural resources affected the area’s history and use of the landscape. The exhibit will focus on the history of four distinct activities in the Pine Grove Furnace area: the iron industry, the CCC Camp #51; the POW Interrogation Center; and Camp Michaux Church Camp, plus the Appalachian Trail, the Carlisle Indian School’s Camp Sells, Camp Thompson, privately owned cabins and the Babes in the Woods.
