Disney Junior’s Choo Choo Soul is bringing their hip-hop style children’s music to the Whitaker Center’s Sunoco Performance Theater in Harrisburg with two shows on Saturday, September 30.
Genevieve Goings and Constantine “DC” Abramson, the stars of Disney Junior’s Choo Choo Soul, are entering their 11th year of entertaining pre-schoolers worldwide. Choo Choo Soul began as a hip-hop/soul children’s album of music that “won’t drive parents crazy.” In 2006, Disney developed Choo Choo Soul into a live-action television short paired with animation that encouraged young viewers to get up and dance. Choo Choo Soul began touring the country in 2007 and has performed in over 100 cities across the globe. Their second studio album, released in 2013, is a re-make mashup of classic Disney hits.
