5 great places for storytime

Fredricksen Library, 100 N. 19th St., Camp Hill

Drop-in story time with stories, flannel boards, songs and fingerplays provides a fun experience at the library.  For ages 3 years and up. Thursdays at 7 p.m., beginning Sept. 8.

Bosler Library, 158 W. High St., Carlisle

This preschool storytime offers age-appropriate books, activities filled with rhyme and rhythm, and hands-on crafts and activities to encourage your child to ask questions and explore the world around them to find the answers. Wednesdays at 6 p.m. beginning Sept. 14.

Red Land Community Library, 48 Robinhood Drive, Goldsboro

This all-ages storytime is held Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. in the children’s room.

Guthrie Memorial Library, 2 Library Place, Hanover

The Babies and Books Story Time is for little ones 24 months and under with a parent/guardian. Registration is required in advance. Call 717-632-5183 to register. Thursdays at 10:15 a.m.

Eastern Lancaster County Library, 11 Chestnut Drive, New Holland

Preschoolers are invited to join themed books, songs, rhymes, movement activities or a craft, while building language and literacy skills. Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.
